Each capsule of MyCrispatus®+ provides 4,000 IU (100 mcg) of vitamin D3 to support overall well-being. For adults, 4,000 IU is the established daily upper intake level for vitamin D from food and supplements. If you also take D&O Glow® or another vitamin D supplement, consult a healthcare professional about your total vitamin D intake.
